Sailor Ink

Sailor is a renowned Japanese pen and ink company founded in 1911 by Mr. Kyugoro Sakata, an engineer from Hiroshima. After being introduced to the fountain pen by a sailor friend Mr. Sakata decided to produce fine quality writing instruments.  The company continues to produce some the finest quality pens and inks in the world that demonstrate the craft and culture of Japan.
